I understand design details are between me and my artist, and show staff are not liable.*

I understand that if my artist doesn’t provide aftercare instructions, I can find them on this website.*

I understand and accept the risks of tattooing and agree to follow all aftercare instructions.*

I understand that if I choose to be tattooed by multiple artists, a separate waiver must be completed for each artist.*

I acknowledge The Kamloops Tattoo Show, its organizers, and staff are not responsible for the quality, conduct, or any disputes arising from the tattoo services provided.*

I understand that any disputes from tattoo services at the Kamloops Tattoo Show are solely between me and the artist/shop, and the show holds no liability.*

By completing this form, I waive all liability claims against the organizers and agree that any legal matters must be handled in the organizers’ local jurisdiction.*
