Booth Applications We are currently full, check out the list of amazing Artists and Vendors for our 2026 Show. 2026 Exhibitors Interior Health Approval Approval is required for all Tattoo, Piercing or Food Vendors. Check your emails for updates from Interior Health, if you have not recieved your approval letter. 2027 Pre-registration Be notified as soon as applications open for 2027.

Thank you to this years supplier Anarchy Tattoo Supplies! Please come to the show prepared to be as self sufficient as you can manage. With that being said, here is a list of supplies that will be provided free of charge by the shows supplier. These supplies will be provided on a "take what you need" basis from the supplier booth to prevent wasting. • Bed Drapes • Green Soap • Ink Caps • Clip cord, Coil machine, Pen machine covers • Station Covers • Cohesive tape • Razors • Stencil paper • Alcohol prep pads • Solidifier Other supplies will be available onsite for purchase by artists from the suppliers booth. These include Solid Ink, Dynamic Black, cartridges, gloves, stencil applicator and other general shop supplies​ There will not be an ink station at the show. Please bring and supply your own ink. Pack it safely, and make sure it's not expired! The Kamloops Tattoo Show will be providing the following items to artist's free of charge: •​ Sterile water for rinsing •​ Handwashing sinks •​ Garbage cans & bags •​ Sharp's containers •​ Printers •​ Paper Towel •​ Cavicide *Addition supplies can be obtained as needed at the printer station.

Exhibitor Passes: Required for anyone working the booth and must be worn at all times (including Helper Passes). Valid June 12–14, 2026. Pickup: Exhibitor Passes are available onsite during load-in and must be picked up prior to move-in or before staffing the booth. Complimentary Tickets: Clients must enter through the front entrance only, and all attendees must complete and sign the required waiver daily. Tickets will be emailed prior to the show unless otherwise requested. Artist are responsible for distibuting tickets to their clients.

Load-In Friday, June 12, 2026 12:30 PM – 4:00 PM Public Doors Open: 4:00 PM Arrival & Parking Please check which rink your booth is located in before arriving. Load-in access is through the left-side rink Zamboni doors (Riverside entrance). Follow event signage and directions from staff Parking is free Use designated loading zones only Do not block roads, doors, or traffic lanes Do not move traffic cones After unloading, please move your vehicle to designated parking areas promptly. Check-In & Set-Up All artists and vendors must check in at the Registration / Info Booth to receive: Wristbands Lanyards Welcome packages All artists must be checked in by 3:30 PM. Booths must be fully set up by 4:00 PM. Health & Safety Keep all workstations compliant with health regulations Familiarize yourself with sink locations Tables and displays may not extend into aisles Interior Health inspections may occur at random throughout the event Load-Out Please do not pack up before the official end of the show. Remove all garbage and belongings Turn off and unplug equipment Leave your booth clean and undamaged Load-out will take place through the same doors used for load-in. Limited carts/trolleys will be available — bringing your own is recommended. The Kamloops Tattoo Show is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Sorry, but we cannot accommodate late tattooing. The city has set strict rental hours for the venue, and everyone must begin packing up as soon as the show ends each night. Early Start Available: Saturday: 7am-9:30am Sunday: 8am-9:30 You must register with us ahead of time to ensure someone is available to let you in. Alcoholic drinks will be available at the show this year. Alcohol is strictly not permitted at your booth. Drinks must remain within the arenas. 2 pieces of valid ID required.

Signage and a traffic assistant will be on-site to help guide you.  Please do not block traffic lanes or venue doors. Parking is free but is first come, first served. Please, under no circumstances should you remove the pylons reserving spaces for our entertainment and staff.
