Booth Applications are now open for 2026!
Booth sizes have been adjusted to better fit the number of artists based on last year’s feedback.
Photos provided may be used in promotional materials, on social media, or in printed materials. Only submitted photos will be used.
The cutoff date for application changes is May 1st.
Please come to the show prepared to be as self sufficient as you can manage. With that being said, here is a list of supplies that will be provided free of charge by the shows supplier. These supplies will be provided on a "take what you need" basis from the supplier booth to prevent wasting.
• Bed Drapes
• Green Soap
• Ink Caps
• Clip cord, Coil machine, Pen machine covers
• Station Covers
• Cohesive tape
• Razors
• stencil paper
• Alcohol prep pads
Other supplies will be available onsite for purchase by artists from the suppliers booth. These include Solid Ink, Dynamic Black, cartridges, gloves, stencil applicator and other general shop supplies​
There will not be an ink station at the show. Please bring and supply your own ink. Pack it safely, and make sure it's not expired!
The Kamloops Tattoo Show will be providing the following items to artist's free of charge:

Exhibitor Passes: Required for anyone working the booth and must be worn at all times (including Helper Passes). Valid June 12–14, 2026.
Pickup: Exhibitor Passes are available onsite during load-in and must be picked up prior to move-in or before staffing the booth.
Complimentary Tickets: Clients must enter through the front entrance only, and all attendees must complete and sign the required waiver daily.
Requests can be sent to kamloopstattooshow@gmail.com by May 15. Tickets will be delivered via email or onsite pick-up.
We have partnered with three carefully selected local hotels to offer exclusive rates for approved artists and vendors. Booking details and discount codes will be provided once your application is accepted.
