Apply For a Booth

All Tattoo Artists must be approved or invited to participate. We have an extensive list of amazing tattoo artists but have limited space. Please see the application below to apply for a booth.

*** IMPORTANT INFORMATION ***

Once your submission is sent, please allow 1–2 weeks for a response. If your submission is selected, we will contact you and provide an invoice for your booth payment.
 

To secure your booth, 50% of the total cost is due immediately upon receiving the invoice. The remaining balance must be paid no later than May 1st. Failure to meet these payment deadlines may result in the forfeiture of your booth reservation.

All pricing is before taxes.

Ensure you have read and have a clear understanding of the  Ministry of Health Body Modification Guidelines prior to completing the Interior Health portion of your application.

 

When completing your intermediate and low-level disinfectants, refer to Table 5 (pg. 13).​​

Issues or missing information on your Ministry of Health forms will impact your application.​

All artist booths come equipped with pipe and drape, tables, and chairs appropriate to the booth size you choose.

​

ie. a standard 10x10 booth includes one 8' table, one 6' table, and two foldable chairs.

​

Extra 4 Foot Tables - $16ea

Extra Folding Chairs - $5ea

Table Skirt with Clips - $30ea

Please fill out the required info for artists who will be in your booth.  Images will be considered part of the artist's application and may also be used to promote your attendance. Apprentices, personal training seminars, and premade tattoo kits are not permitted.

Applications will not be processed unless deposit is received. Please note that all payments made after the application is accepted are non-refundable.

​

Once you submit this form, our team will send you a contract for signature along with an official invoice. Upon receiving the invoice, a 50% deposit is due at signing to secure your spot. The remaining balance must be paid in full by May 1st.

​

Be cautious of fraudulent requests. We will never ask for deposits or payments outside of our official invoices.
