Apply For a Booth

The application below is for non tattooing vendors only.

All Vendors must be approved or invited to participate. We have an extensive list of amazing vendors but have limited space. Please see the application below to apply for a booth.

*** IMPORTANT INFORMATION ***

Once your submission is sent, please allow 1–2 weeks for a response. If your submission is selected, we will contact you and provide an invoice for your booth payment.
 

To secure your booth, 50% of the total cost is due immediately upon receiving the invoice. The remaining balance must be paid no later than May 1st. Failure to meet these payment deadlines may result in the forfeiture of your booth reservation.

All pricing is before taxes.

It's imperative that you list all potential power needs and not exceed 500 watts without prior approval from Event Coordinator.


Cut off to be approved for power is June 1st. 

Once approved, our team will send you a contract for signature along with an official invoice. Upon receiving the invoice, a 50% deposit is due at signing to secure your spot. The remaining balance must be paid in full by May 1st.


Please note that all payments made after the application is accepted are non-refundable.
